With over 15 years of experience across investment banking, management consulting, and senior leadership, Radia brings a rare combination of analytical rigor, strategic insight, and human understanding. Her career, spanning BNP Paribas, EY, PwC, Bain & Company, and GLG, gave her a deep appreciation for how strategy, systems, and culture must evolve together to create enduring value.
Through years of leading and advising high-growth organizations, Radia developed a strong conviction: lasting impact is created when strategy works with people, and in service of all stakeholders, clients, employees, and shareholders alike.

Born in Morocco and having lived and worked in Paris, London, Dubai, Riyadh, and Doha, she blends strategic depth and human understanding with cultural intelligence. She supports leaders navigating diverse contexts, preparing organizations for the future of work, and guiding teams through AI-enabled change in ways that strengthen human capability and collective performance.
Her philosophy centres on the idea that great leadership is about awareness, authenticity, and service, the capacity to create value while growing in alignment with one’s purpose. Radia holds a Master in Management with a specialisation in Corporate Finance from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Paris Dauphine University. She holds a Women’s Leadership certificate from the University of Oxford. She is certified as an Intuitive Coach and in Integrative Inner Work, bringing depth and rigour to her approach to leadership transformation.
